I have issues running the scan

• Openissues running Reimage scan

  While Reimage is built to work in any situation, there are certain conditions which require some user interaction - if you encounter an issue while trying to run our scan make sure you check and try the following:

  1. You have disabled any content filtering software from blocking Reimage
  2. Add Reimage to any Firewall and open port: 80 on Reimage process (Typically Reimage.exe)
  3. Make sure you are not using P2P file sharing application while running our Repair (example: Emule, Utorrent)
  4. Close any bandwidth allocation programs (Example: Net limiter)
  5. Try to run under Safe-mode with networking: Go to Start menu > Reimage repair >Run in safe mode
• OpenWhich operating systems do Reimage support?

  Most Microsoft based operating systems are supported by Reimage. View a full list of supported Operating System configurations.
  Non-supported operating systems are pre XP editions and NT/2000.

  Reimage is available in a license format. This means that each purchased license can be used on one computer for a time period of one year from date of purchase. Each computer needs its own license. The Reimage program will remain on the computer on which it is downloaded and can be used as many times as needed within the one year time frame. Each license will expire exactly one year after the date of purchase. A refund for any purchased licenses can be requested up to 60 days from the date of purchase.

Reimage failed. How can I try again?

• OpenHow do I remove Reimage program?

  Go to the start menu (or Add/Remove programs) and choose Reimage Repair. From there you can choose to remove the Reimage application. Follow instructions on the uninstall Wizard, and restart your computer when prompted to do so.

• OpenHow do I reverse the Reimage repair?

  If you haven't made any major changes to the PC in question, you can safely reverse the whole repair process. Go to the start menu (or Add/Remove programs) and choose Reimage Repair. From there you can choose to revert changes. Follow instructions on the uninstall Wizard, and restart your computer when prompted to do so.
